Saturday 13 June and Sunday 14 June
HELP NEEDED
1) At South Seas Motel Merimbula Drive Merimbula .
Time 8:30am to 3pm on the Saturday and Sunday .
Help needed to greet and chaperone purchasers .
Help with BBQ
South Seas Motel staff will operate the payment through their in house system.
Items listed by the owner in the pdf attached . A huge amount of outdoor furniture !!!
2) Removal and storage of all remaining furniture on Monday 15 June.Trailers and trucks needed for the Monday furniture move.
The left over will be distributed through the community as a standard part of SJA recycling and support for the people moving into rentals.
Then the residual will be at the SJA Samaritan Op Shop in December this year.
Net funds will be shared through the five SJA sub-groups.

BUSKING OPPORTUNITY – JUNE 14
We are on the lookout for musicians who are willing to assist an SJASC fund raising event on Sunday June 14. SEE ABOVE The Sunday event runs from 10am until 1pm, but no person / group need play more than they feel comfortable with.
The event is a big garage sale – contents of a motel. Venue is South Seas Motel, 12 Merimbula Drive, Merimbula.
A marquee will provide shade for musicians.
Acts need to be self sufficient re pa / sound systems. Acoustic is fine.
If you know anybody who might like to help SJASC by performing please ask them to contact me at chair@sjasc.org.au
