Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Social Justice Advocates of the Sapphire Coast Inc
Dear members and supporters,
This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Social Justice Advocates of the Sapphire Coast Inc (SJA)
. The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: Thursday 13/07/2023
Time: 7.00 pm
Place: CWA Rooms Toalla Street Pambula NSW 2549.
The Minutes of the 2022 AGM can be found under the Meeting heading and the 2022 date.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the auditor’s report
• accept the annual financial statements
• elect Chairperson(s) Deputy Chairperson(s) Treasurer, Secretary, Public Officer
Members will also have the opportunity to
• find out about SJA’s operations including sub group reports and finances.
• ask questions about the operations and finances of SJA
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.
