Had a call out yesterday for a car ….
Yes, this sounds weird, but we have received four cars over the years.
Anyway, a single lady with three children needs a small car to help her get around and make life far easier and importantly INDEPENDENT.
A call out to those who might have a car sitting and not really needed any more.
Can be a fabulous donation to a young family in our community AND
be life changing in real terms.

Working Bee at the shed behind the Catholic Church in Pambula.
Saturday 28 th June
Access Behind the Catholic Church in Pambula via Bega St —. 8:30 to 11 am.
Gloves, water, trailers and we will clear a lot of old stuff that has sat there for up to about eight years.
Nothing too heavy but yes – a bit dirty??!
Tip run – costs paid by SJA as this is the result of our last Samaritan op shop in January 2019.
Plan is to load up all trailers and the truck and travel in convoy to tip about 10 am.
Coffee at Wild Ryes at 11 am.

Blue Tree Event Sunday June 22
On behalf of the Social Justice Advocates we would like to invite you to join us to paint the gorgeous eucalyptus tree outside the Pambula Surf Life Saving Club, Sunday June 22, 2025 anytime between 10am and 2pm.
There will be a whole group of us, a sausage sizzle and a great community vibe.

The SJASC strives to build and maintain its capability through a strong membership base.
To become a member of the SJASC, or to maintain your membership, requires an annual membership of just $5 per annum.
Renewals are due on the 30th of June each year, and can be paid via the SJASC website.
Please remember to renew, or, take the plunge and become a paid-up member by June 30.
